I research, understand, and design long-lasting solutions that solve problems — whatever shape they may take. :)

what I believe
Don't jump to a solution; understand the problem.
You can't solve issues while sitting in a void.
Sometimes a problem just needs patience and a new perspective.
Not all problems need a new feature—sometimes, just the opposite.
Research is necessary, whether you are creating, recreating, or just exploring. :)
Good research will give you a well-defined problem statement, which is 50% of the final solution.
If your product feels off, your research probably was.
Solutions don't need to be complicated to be good.
They should solve issues—not create new ones.
